Homes at new development snapped up

LITTLE York Farm, Millwood Designer Homes’ development in Lower Rainham, has proved so popular that all 16 homes have been sold.

Little York Farm, which recently won the Evening Standard Award 2002 for Best Four Bedroom Family Home for its Coach House show home, comprises a mixture of 16 farmhouse and barn style homes, ranging from three bedroom terraced and semi detached properties, to four and five bedroom detached homes.

Located within a Conservation Area, the development is situated among eight acres of newly planted private woodland, wild flowers and deciduous trees.

Tony Lynn, sales and marketing manager for Millwood, said: “The exclusive nature of the homes, the high specification and the prime semi-rural location were all contributing factors in the appeal of Little York Farm. We are delighted with the development’s success.”
