WARD Homes is freeing house hunters from their chains with its flexible part exchange offer.
The company will guarantee to buy the vendor’s existing home at an agreed price when they reserve a Ward property. To ensure that a fair price is offered, three independent valuations on the property will be commisioned, based upon the assumption that a sale will be made within six weeks.
Janet Burnell, sales and marketing director for Ward Homes, said: “The offer means you get the freedom to buy a Ward property without getting caught up in a chain and with the security of knowing that the sale of your existing home is guaranteed.”
