Yorkshire Building Society has launched a new range of mortgages which enable borrowers to choose a fixed rate for between two and 15 years.

Each of the fixed rate periods offers a choice of rate depending on whether the borrower is moving home or moving mortgage. They can also choose either a fee free mortgage that provides a contribution towards legal costs, or opt to pay an arrangement fee for a lower rate throughout the fixed period.
