Only two cottages left

A DEVELOPMENT of three new cottages within a mile of Sevenoaks town centre is attracting keen interest.

The Berries are traditional three-bedroom cottages within walking distance of the Vine cricket ground, the site of the town’s “seven oaks” which were blown down during the 1987 hurricane.

The two remaining homes - Bedgebury Cottage and Ashdown Cottage - each have a lounge/diner, fully fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and extractor hood, downstairs cloakroom, three bedrooms, family bathroom and an en suite to the master bedroom.

Both properties have two parking spaces.

RPC Land & New Homes, who are joint selling agents for developers Wealden Homes, say the homes should also have reduced running costs, thanks to energy-saving features such as PVCu double glazing and cavity wall insulation.

Bedgebury Cottage is available at £279,950 and Ashdown is £275,000.
