AN OPEN day is being held this coming Sunday between 11am-3pm at the Colesdane development at Harrietsham, near Maidstone. This development of elegant country house-style apartments is set in about nine acres of rolling grounds and gardens.

The original Colesdane house was built around the turn of the century and over time developed as a grand country estate which was virtually self-sufficient. It fell into disrepair and Walker Residential acquired the site and set about building a new mansion in place of the old. The grounds have been restored to their former glory.
