PM gives seal of approval

CREST Nicholson has been praised by Prime Minister Tony Blair for its Ingress Park development in Greenhithe, near Dartford.

Both Mr Blair and Deputy Prime Minister John Prescott praised the site for its build and design during a recent visit.

Following the launch of the new “Government Building for Life Standards”, Mr Prescott awarded gold status to Ingress Park in recognition of its creation of a new integrated development that has comfortably taken its place within the local community.

The 72-acre Kent Thames-side site will deliver more than 1,000 new homes on completion.

Currently available is a selection of two-bedroom apartments starting from £235,000 and three and four-bedroom houses priced from £340,000. Phone 01322 385050.
