CHANNEL 4’s Selling Houses is looking for properties to feature in the third series - and they need to find two more properties for a TV makeover in early spring.

This time they will be giving gardens a facelift as well as the house.

In the last series all ten featured properties had offers of the asking price or thereabouts and two sold for more than the original asking price.

To take part in the programme, your property must have been on the market for at least 12 weeks. You must be prepared to spend around 1.5 per cent of the asking price to make the necessary improvements and you must be willing to take the advice of the property expert, Andrew Winter.
