A NEW sales manager is joining the team at the Ashford branch of Ward & Partners.

David Powell brings 10 years' sales experience to the business. His expertise was gained mainly in and around London, dealing with several exclusive properties.

He said: "I am looking forward to making an impression in the new year with Ward and Partners and with agreed sales of more than 40 million in 2002, I am preparing to assist the Ashford branch in achieving the best for the future."
