A KENT company is promoting the sale of Spanish properties with a sporting flavour.
The Harvey and Whicheloe Partnership, based at Ashford, has been established by businessmen Bob Harvey and Keith Whicheloe to extol the virtues of two new developments which will provide top golf and sports facilities.
Mr Harvey said the sites, in the Murcia and Costa del Sol regions, were “very special places”. Both are inland from the coast and have the backing of Caixa Catalunya, the third largest savings bank in Spain. The Murcia development, Hacienda Del Alamo, was destined to become one of Europe’s foremost sporting and leisure resorts, he added.
The low density scheme of classically-styled villas will have two 18-hole Dave Thomas-designed championship courses and cover an area of 1,500 acres. Prices start at 478,000 euro.
The other development, Colinas Del Golf, overlooks the well established golf course at Anoreta, 15 minutes from Malaga. Construction has started on the three-bedroom, three-bathroom properties and prices begin at 239,000 euro, which includes a golf share.
Mr Harvey said: “Finding that special home in Spain can represent a dream come true, but it is important the property is tailored to your needs and that you receive sound and knowledgeable advice in all areas throughout the purchase process.”
