SINCE joining Kent-based house builder Ward Homes, in March, 2000, Gerry Phoenix has proved himself to be one of the company’s most promising land buyers. As a result, he has recently been promoted to the position of land manager.

Formerly responsible for sourcing land, negotiating prices and managing sites until legal completion, he will now be involved in the sale of retained land and the land administration of Ward sites in Kent, Surrey and Sussex. He will be working as part of land director Fred Watkins’ successful team.
