BOVIS Homes’ three storey show house is attracting a lot of attention at the Brooklands development in Dartford.

The Blackmore terraced town house has been furnished by Bovis Homes’ interior design manager and Homefinder correspondent Francesca Allbury.

She said: “Three storey homes provide plenty of flexibility." The Blackmore has three bedrooms, but it is also possible to use the dining room as a fourth bedroom, study or playroom, depending on your individual needs.

"If you do not choose to use the separate dining room, the kitchen is particularly generous and has sufficient space for a dining area.”

Bovis Homes’ interior design department has created a homely feel in the show house so that purchasers are able to envisage the finished product.

Francesca Allbury said: “Some purchasers find it quite difficult to imagine what a new house will look like once it has been furnished. We use soft furnishings and accessories in our show houses to create a comfortable and lived-in effect.

“We also believe it is important to select furniture of a size and design that the purchaser would be likely to need so that they get a genuine idea of the space available.”
