ABBOTT Homes is building a development of 11 level houses with views over the town and bay in Whitstable.
Strutt & Parker, agents for the three-bedroom homes at Columbine Heights, says it will be an innovative and stylish scheme incorporating the best in contemporary design while providing real homes which people want to live in.
Karen Sharp of Strutt & Parker said: “Abbott Homes has worked extremely hard to bring such flair to this scheme.
“It is refreshing to see a local company building with such imagination and thought.”
All the homes will have a garden and nine will have a garage and Strutt & Parker says the extensive use of glazing will ensure the far-reaching views are exploited to the full.
“Two of the homes have extensive raised decks,” said Karen. “These will lead off the sitting room and the other nine houses have balconies so all will be able to enjoy the famous Whitstable sunsets.”
A model of Columbine Heights will be available to view at the Strutt & Parker offices or call 01227 451123 for more information.
