Pride in the job means smiles all round at award-winning Wealden Homes.

Simon Bettridge, site manager at the Kent firm’s fast-selling Godfrey Meadow development, at Hollingbourne, near Maidstone, took home a trio of awards from a recent NHBC awards ceremony. The three awards included the prestigious Pride in the Job Quality Award.

Managing director Barry Chamberlain, who set up Wealden Homes 31 years ago, says: “Our hearty congratulations go to Simon on his awards, but also to the entire team who have worked so hard right through from the planning stage to the aftersales.”

A showhome is now open every Saturday at Wealden Homes’ latest development of 40 homes at Greensand Meadow, Sutton Valence, where two-bedroom homes start at £335,000. Three-bedroom homes are priced from £390,000, with four-bedroom homes priced from £650,00 and five-bedroom homes available from £750,000.
