If you have a couple of million to spare, then one of a pair of new luxury homes in Sevenoaks could be just what you need.
Kent-based builder Canham is building the two six-bedroom homes at Brittains Lane, less than half a mile from the town’s mainline station.
Each has a guide price of £1.95 million and the high-specification homes will be ready shortly.
Beautifully arranged over three floors, the homes have extensive entertaining accommodation, with a large open-plan kitchen/dining room with bi-fold doors on to the large garden. Bespoke kitchens are made locally, by Sevenoaks-based firm Rencraft.
There are four bath/shower rooms and sanitary ware is by Villeroy & Boch, with chrome fittings. Wall and floor tiles are by Porcelanosa and internal doors are oak veneer.
There is gas central heating, with radiators on the first and second floors and under-floor heating to the ground floor.
Both homes are to be pre-wired for a satellite TV system and an entertainment system on both the ground floor and the master bedroom.
Each house will have turfed and landscaped gardens and an integrated double garage with electric up-an-over doors.
Sevenoaks railway station is half a mile away and has easy links to London Bridge, Cannon Street and Charing Cross. There are good schools nearby in Sevenoaks, as well as in Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells.
