House sales at Kings Hill, near West Malling, have hit the highest level since 2007 according to the Land Registry.

Last year there were 246 sales of homes on the development, the highest number during any 12 month period for the last six years. The figure includes all homes, new and previously owned.

Sales are brisk this year too – in the first quarter there were 46 property transactions at Kings Hill, which is 15% higher than during the same period last year.

“This is fantastic news and testament not only to the quality of the properties on offer at Kings Hill but their setting in a sustainable, beautifully landscaped, live work and play community,” said Andrew Blevins, of Kings Hill planner Liberty Property Trust UK.

Set in parkland close to shops and restaurants, Kings Hill has two primary schools with a third planned, plus a wide range of sports and leisure amenities.
