Michael Fanstone and his wife Diane fell in love with Ward Homes’ show house at the developer’s highly popular Castle Hill at Ebbsfleet, near Bluewater.

“The show home was exactly what we were looking for,” says Michael.

“However, we did not wish to live there immediately. We made it quite clear that we would like to move in when I retire, which will be around the summer of 2016.”
