Easter event at Jarvis Homes Grasslands has Easter egg hunt

First floor living areas, juliet balconies and fully-glazed garden rooms are all clever touches at Grasslands, a new development with uninterrupted views across the Channel.

From Good Friday to Easter Monday, Jarvis Homes will be launching the latest plots at the site, at Capel-le-Ferne, on the White Cliffs of Dover.

These latest releases include plots three and four, both three-storey four-bedroom detached homes, each with a garden room and priced at £549,000.

At another property, plot 18, a juliet balcony is a great touch to the first floor living area of a four-bedroom ‘upside-down’ house that takes full advantage of its sea view.

This three-storey detached home is priced at £569,000.

Some two-bedroom terraced homes are also available, priced from £299,000.
