There’s a stylish collection of homes coming soon at Saxon Mead, Taylor Wimpey’s new development in Staplehurst.
The two, three, four and five-bedroom homes are already generating a buzz among house hunters, eager to snap up their dream home in an idyllic spot bordered by community woodland and green open space.
Jason Stokes, of Taylor Wimpey, says: “Saxon Mead offers a relaxed pace of life for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city living, yet it lies within easy reach of local shops, schools and convenient transport links.”
He said that all homes at Saxon Mead will be completed to a high standard specification, including energy efficient central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.
Taylor Wimpey has a range of incentives for first-time buyers and those with a property to sell. There can be tailored to customers’ personal requirements.
Two-thirds of the 12-acre development will be preserved as community woodland, a nature reserve and green open space, with the vast majority of the mature trees being retained.
Staplehurst is a large, thriving village, with a host of local amenities including shops, pubs, a library, a medical centre and a primary school. The village calendar includes an annual carnival and fete, while there’s a wide range of clubs and societies from sports to amateur dramatics.
The railway station offers direct services to London in an hour.
