Prestigious new apartments in the centre of Sevenoaks are being snapped up as fast as they are being built.

The last phase of one and two-bedroom apartments has now been released at Redwood Place which is within easy walking distance of Sevenoaks main line station.

The complex of 33 apartments and penthouses is on Morewood Close, in the heart of the town.

“Our first phase sold out very quickly and we have had to wait for build to progress before offering phase two, such has been the level of take up,” says Jo Richards, of Hillreed Homes.

Prices range from £250,000 for a ground floor one-bedroom apartment to £395,000 for a two-bedroom first floor home.

Currently available is plot nine, on the first floor or Oak House which has two bedrooms. Priced at £380,000 it has an open-plan living space with balcony and the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

And on the second floor of Birch House is plot 45, a two-bedroom apartment, priced at £355,000.
