Just opened in Medway is Mariners Place, a cul-de-sac development of 17 homes in Lower Upnor.
The new development, at Upnor Road, includes a range of three and four-bedroom homes.
Some of the properties are semi-detached and there are some detached homes, around an area of public open space.

There’s a selection of good nurseries, primary schools and secondary schools also within easy reach, including Wainscott Primary School, which was rated ‘good’ in its most recent Ofsted inspection.
For commuters, the M2 and the A228 are both close at hand and provide good access to London. Strood railway station is just over two miles from Mariners Place and runs regular services to Charing Cross, Waterloo and London Bridge – all of which can be reached in less than an hour.
