UNEMPLOYED people in a part of north Kent are to be given an opportunity to get back to work.
A new project, Highway to Work, funded by the European social fund will provide free training in computer skills.
The project is a partnership between the Vines Centre Trust, Royal Association for deaf people, New Horizons, Medway Council and Job Centre plus.
Anyone out of work is welcome to apply, but applications would be particularly welcome from people over 50, lone parents and long term unemployed.
The development of Highway to Work follows the end of another project, Signpost to Success, which ran for two years with 234 people receiving computer training.
