PLANS to build a new DIY warehouse in Dartford in the spring will create hundreds of jobs, it has been announced.

The new B&Q Warehouse, in the town's West Gate Road Retail Park, will employ more than 200 positions.

The warehouse is set to open on Thursday, May 22. Applications have been flooding in and dozens of positions have already been filled.
