The role is located at The Willow Centre (TN23 4EY) with a salary of £19,133.40 per year (£1,594.45 per month). The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (term time only, 39 weeks per year)
What Kiddie Kapers is looking for in the successful candidate:
- Qualifications: Must hold a Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years.
- Commitment to Child Development: You’ll be responsible for ensuring every child receives high-quality care and stimulating play experiences, tailored to their individual needs within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Safeguarding: You will always ensure the safety and well-being of all children in our care.
- Key Responsibilities: As a key person, you will develop personalised learning plans, fostering strong, supportive relationships with both children and their families.
- Collaborative Approach: Build meaningful connections with parents to ensure they feel supported in extending learning into the home.
- Stay Updated: Be proactive in keeping up with local and national developments in early years education.
