Jobs have been saved at a Kent freight company.
Faversham-based Les Knight Transport was in financial difficulties due to rising fuel costs.
Now the company has been sold, saving 30 jobs.
The firm was placed in administration after it ran into financial difficulties as a result of rising fuel costs in September.
A winding up order was presented by HM Revenue and Customs.
Now the company has been bought by the Dodds Group, a UK and international logistics services provider.
Simon Plant, joint administrator of corporate recovery and turnaround specialists SFP, said: "The transfer of the business to Dodds Group has safeguarded some 30 jobs."
Staff from Les Knight Transport were at the forefront of fuel protests by haulage firms earlier this year.
