Construction firm Willmott Dixon has taken on three management trainees at its Dartford office as part of a drive to attract young talent.

The three will combine site management work with university courses.

Dartford office managing director Rob Lambe said: "We regard trainees as the lifeblood of our company and each year make a major investment in attracting new people at the start of their careers to Willmott Dixon. Many have developed, through site and office based management, to become senior directors in the company."
