JOBS will be created at Aylesham, near Canterbury, when a South African company expands in the next year.

Sharp Interpack, a packaging manufacturer, expects to create 67 new jobs and safeguard more than 200 when it expands its business at the Aylesham Industrial Estate.

Most of the new jobs will be on the production line. The company has already invested more than £6 million in the plant during the last year in order to increase efficiency and satisfy demand for its food, medical and cosmetics packaging products.
