DDS International is looking for motivated and eager apprentices to join its team

The globally-recognised fire safety and health and safety compliance company is on the lookout for four bright and eager, and motivated apprentices to join its team on the Eurolink in Sittingbourne.

Initially uncertain about his career path, he soon found himself learning about safety management, gaining professional qualifications and supporting customers. Fast forward 11 years, and Sam is now the international safety manager, leading a team of international safety consultants.

Another is James, who joined as an apprentice in January 2023, and was promoted to a trainee fire risk assessor in February 2024. James said: “During my apprenticeship, I have enjoyed both academic and practical ‘on the job’ training with streamlined progression. From being a newcomer to the industry, I have learned a vast amount of information from friendly experts within the company. There is constant variety within the job making every day different and a new experience.”

Benefits for the job include: 33 days annual holiday entitlement (including bank holidays), company events, a health and wellbeing programme, on-site parking, and sick pay.

Applicants must be aged between 17 and 24, have a minimum 5 GCSEs (Grade 4/C or better) or equivalent, a full driving license and use of own vehicle.
