They’re back again.
The huge propeller blades that stopped us in our tracks took to the county’s roads again today.
We first saw the abnormally long vehicles in June as they were being transported across the county to Romney Marsh where wind turbines are being built.
The last three vehicles, bringing the total to 78, left Chatham Docks today, with a police escort, between 10am and 11am.
Each journey was expected to take between two and three hours. There were no reports of delays.
