In Pictures: More snow as Storm Darcy continues to chill

Snow has covered many parts of the UK as the mercury dropped to bitterly cold temperatures overnight, including minus 17.1C in Scotland.

The snow and ice has created some beautiful images and some members of the British public have embraced the freezing conditions.
