A taste of live American country music will be coming to Kent this summer.

The Kent Country County Fair will be hosted by Country & Western Events at the Amphitheater in Betteshanger Country Park on Sunday August 3 between 11am and 10.30pm.

The family event will feature headline act Brandon Davis, from Tennessee, who toured with Tim McGraw, as well as Billy Bubba King, Adam Harding, Kent-based Smokin’ Mavericks, the World’s No 1 Luke Combs Tribute and the World’s No 1 Morgan Wallen Tribute.

There will also be line dancing and a Western style magician.

Additionally, there will be a range of American style food on offer, including burgers, hot dogs, beef briskets, chicken wings and nachos. There will also be a bar with a variety of drinks, including beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks.

Country & Western Events runs a range of live music events throughout Kent during the year, including the Medway, Maidstone, Faversham, Kingshill and Gravesend.

It will also be holding a Luke Combs Tribute Night at Gillingham Football Club’s Priestfield Stadium on June 7 and the Mercure Maidstone Great Danes Hotel on June 21.

“We are all about holding real community and family events and supporting local businesses,” said Country & Western Events founder and owner Met, whose wife Claire Warwick also owns Cowgirl Brunch UK. “Country music is becoming so popular at the moment across the UK, and that’s only going to continue as we host more of these amazing events.”

The events company also organises private country and Western themed events for parties, weddings and corporate events.

In addition, Country & Western Events will be holding a live music event at a venue owned by Jade Thirlwall, who won best alternative/rock act at the Brit Awards and was in Little Mix, in South Shields.

Tickets for the Kent Country County Fair are £67 for an adult and £147 for a family of two adults and two children. There is also a three-month payment plan available.
