Official memorabilia to commemorate the life of the Queen is now on sale.
The Royal Collection Trust has launched a range of chinaware and other items to officially mark the life of the late Queen Elizabeth II - with prices ranging from £25 to £65.
The collection, which includes a mug, teacup and saucer, pillbox and tea towel, is available to buy both online and from Royal Collection Trust shops in London, Windsor and Edinburgh.
Including the Queen's personal cypher when she was Princess Elizabeth, the design on the collection also features the national emblems of the United Kingdom, which are incorporated into an oval frame featuring two cherubs inspired by a drawing by Queen Victoria contained within the Royal collection.
The border design uses flowers that were included in the bouquet placed on the Queen's coffin during her funeral and had been picked from royal residences, while items also carry the inscription 'May flights of Angels sing thee to thy rest' which were words from Shakespeare's Hamlet quoted by King Charles in his first public tribute to his mother following her death in September last year.
The chinaware has been handmade in Staffordshire using techniques unchanged for 250 years and encompassing the skills of more than 50 people, say those behind the much-anticipated release, working at several factories at the heart of English Potteries.
Collectors and avid supporters of the royal family, which this week are facing fresh claims from Prince Harry ahead of the release of his book Spare, are expected to snap-up the items, which cost £25 for a mug, £40 for the pillbox, £70 for the teacup and saucer, £10.95 for a tea towel and a candle costing £65.
All profits from sales of the official chinaware range and commemorative items will go to The Royal Collection Trust, a registered charity, for the care and conservation of the Royal Collection alongside providing funding for exhibitions, publications, loans and educational programmes.
