A missing 76-year-old has been found safe and well.

A search to find pensioner Norman Duff was launched on Romney Marsh this morning.

Coastguard, lifeboat and police had been looking for him, with the rescue helicopter also called in to help.

This evening, it was confirmed that Mr Duff had been found about 10 miles from his home.

Police thanked all those involved in the search.
