A motorcyclist was taken to hospital after a crash which closed a road for three hours.

Kent Police was called just after 10.20am yesterday (Sunday) to the A259 Hythe Road in Dymchurch following reports of a collision involving a car and motorbike.

The woman motorcyclist was taken to a hospital to be treated for her injuries.

The road reopened at just before 2pm.
