A large haul of meat and bones have been dumped near woodland on Romney Marsh.
The unsightly pile consists of vacuum packed meats and other joints spilling out of ripped plastic bags.
Ribs and chops are also among the fly-tipped waste, as are several plastic crates
It has been spotted by several walkers in Church Lane, New Romney.
Warnings are now being shared on Facebook.
One user said: "Please be aware that some 'low life' has dumped a substantial pile of meat, offal and bones at the very far end of Church Lane in New Romney.
"There are also vacuum packs of what looks like liver.
"Probably dumped last night as not smelling bad yet. Best not to let your dog off the lead in this area. I have reported it to the council but not expecting a speedy reaction."
Another user questioned whether the meat has been stolen from a butchers.
She said: "Has any one had there butchers robbed?
"Walked dog in Church Lane, New Romney to find this don’t think been there long as no potent smell or any thing yet."
Folkestone and Hythe District Council say the matter has been passed onto the Environmental Protection Team for investigation.
Last week, 24 tonnes of pig carcasses spilled onto a busy road after a refrigerated lorry overturned.
Crews had to remove the meat before the lorry could be righted and removed.
