Three people had to be cut from cars after becoming trapped following a crash.
Emergency services were called to a two vehicle smash on Jurys Gap Road near Lydd, Romney Marsh.
Three fire engines were sent to the scene at about 8.15pm last night.
Crews, along with ambulance paramedics, assessed three people trapped in their cars.
Hydraulic cutting gear was used to free the people, who were then looked after by ambulance staff.
Police officers managed the traffic around the scene and an air ambulance also attended.
Firefighters made the area safe and left by 9.30pm.
