The Brett Lydd Half-Marathon 2020 - top 10 pictures as Ashford AC's Marshall Smith beats Istead & Ifield Harriers' Ed Bovington and Tonbridge AC's Daniel Bradley to victory

Ashford AC's Marshall Smith set the pace to win the Brett Lydd half-marathon on Sunday.

Smith finished the race in 1hr13min13sec to win by more than a minute with Istead & Ifield Harriers' Ed Bovington (1:14.56) and Tonbridge AC's Daniel Bradley (1:16.33) completing the top three.

Mornington Chasers' Kana Akimoto (1:30.20) took the ladies' title out of Kent with victory for the London club over Maidstone Harriers' Kerstin Sung (1:38.25) with the unattached Sheryl Stoakes third (1:40.01).

For those preparing for next month's London Marathon a 20-mile option was more suitable. Tom Collins of Medway & Maidstone won the men's race in 1:59.16, ahead of Dartford Harriers' Chris Biddle (2:00.26) and Lewis Baker of Cambridge Harriers (2:00.56).

Springfield Striders' Jackie Stretton (2:13.15) led the women home, ahead of Tonbridge AC's Helen Gaunt (2:13.53) and Kent AC's Teresa Murphy (2:18.01).
