The stunning 17-bedroom Salutation made famous by Gogglebox duo Steph and Dom is up for sale for £5 million.
And Aylesford-based estate agents Rafferty & Pickard has released a video tour of the Grade I listed hotel to attract prospective buyers.
Inside the Gogglebox hotel
The mansion set in 3.5 acres of land in Knightrider Street, Sandwich, is listed as being suitable for use as a grand private home.
The video tour takes viewers up steps through timber doors and into a grand reception area.
The ground floor boasts a stately dining room, drawing room, panelled library, study, and "other less formal but well-proportioned receptions", as well as two kitchens, a cloakroom and storerooms.
A staircase rises up to a wrap-around galleried landing of which lie three main bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a further en-suite bedroom with its own living room.
A second staircase leads to four more bedrooms and bathrooms.
The gardens are listed by English Heritage and include a large pond with its own island.
Rafferty & Pixckard's listing continues: "There are numerous useful garden outbuildings and large cellarage for the most extensive of wine collections.
"Although the property would now benefit from updating, we feel it would make an unparalleled commutable country residence or exciting business venue for the new custodians of this extraordinary home."
The agent notes there was major flooding in 2013 caused by a tidal surge but that "the area has since benefitted from £23.5 million spent on flood defence improvements".
Adding that The Salutation's buildings are now in the Environment Agency's lowest flood risk category.
The Salutation rose to fame as the country hotel run by charismatic Gogglebox duo Steph and Dom Parker.
They bought the sprawling estate in 2004 and after their appearances on the Channel 4 reality show, which began in 2013, opened it as a hotel in 2017.
But last year the company running the business went bust and all 33 employees were sent home.
Liquidators stepped in the following month.
Dom revealed the couple hoped it would reopen as a hotel but that they would be selling it.
More information on the listing is available here.
