Sandwich’s Magna Carta will be returning to the town in a new exhibition from today (Thursday).

Along with the 1300 copy of the historic document given to Sandwich Town Council, there will also be displays of the Charter of Forest, Faversham’s Magna Carta, and lots of information on its history.

The aim is to help raise money for the Mercury-backed Bring it Home campaign. The staff will wear costumes and there will also be themed food on the menu and Rough Musicke will perform again.
