"I cannot begin to express how greatful (sic) we are for every single person out there that has turned up shared likes donated anything because it all helps, it really does.
"To see that many people supporting my family through this tough time really does make you realise how precious life is and how we MUST cherish every moment.
"We will never give up on you Lucas you’re out there and we are going to find you and bring you home baby boy.
"You and your beautiful blue eyes have showed everyone how precious life is.
"You’re truly amazing inside and out the funniest little man I’ve ever had the pleasure to watch grow and help raise.
"When you were a baby you used to fall asleep on my chest. When you was a toddler we used to play!
"You’re a beautiful big boy now, you’ve lost your front teeth and you’re so smart you can spell everything and you’re wicked at drawing.
"And here we are playing hide and seek but you’re just too good.
"So we need you to just give us a little hint please baby absolutely anything then we can find you and you win the game. Because you’re auntie Macie’s number 1 you always will be."
Lucas was with his dad, his dad's friends and other children on a fishing trip when the tragedy occurred.
Hundreds of people have been helping fire fighters, police officers and the coastguard with the search.
