Land with planning permission for four homes is up for sale.
It is on a former farmyard on the outskirts of Woodnesborough.
The sale for the Beacon Lane Farm site is by BTF Partnership and the guide price is for offers of more than £450,000.
There is detailed planning permission for the redevelopment from Dover District Council.
This allows the construction of two four-bedroom detached homes with a floor area of 227m3 and 124m3 and two three-bedroom semi-detached homes each with a floor area of 94m3.
The site is connected to mains electricity and water and there is a mains gas supply on Beacon Lane Road, which the properties could be connected to.
The plot, which is 0.34 acres, currently has a modern concrete and block-built store and a timber-framed building with a slate roof. Both will need to be demolished by the purchaser.
Harry Kenton, of BTF Partnership, said: “This is an attractive rural development site in the countryside with views over open farmland that is ready for a developer to move onto.
"Rural sites such as this rarely come onto the open market and we anticipate significant interest.”
The village of Woodnesborough can be traced back to the Domesday Book in 1086 and has a new village hall.
Neighbouring Eastry has an outstanding-rated primary school whilst nearby Sandwich has both primary and secondary schools and rail links to Central London.
