Fifteen suspected migrants have been found in the back of a freezer lorry at a service station on the M25.
Six adults and five people who claim to be minors were arrested by Surrey Police after they were discovered by officers.
Police were called just after 10am to reports of concerns for safety.
One of the six men was taken ill at the scene and taken to hospital, where he remains.
The five other men have been passed to immigration officials for their cases to be progressed and the five who claimed to be minors will be passed into the care of social services to be age assessed.
A family of four, including two children, was also found at the scene. They are due to be interviewed by immigration officials.
The Home Office said the nationality of the 15 individuals is not yet known.
The driver of the vehicle had stopped at the Clacket Lane services after he heard banging in the back of his lorry.
Officers closed the slip road to the petrol station whilst they detained the people on suspicion of illegal entry.
A Home Office spokesman said: "Where someone is found to have no right to remain in the UK, we will take action to remove them."
