Drivers are facing long delays due to a car fire on the M25.

Highways England closed two lanes of the motorway while fire fighters dealt with the blaze between junction 5 for Sevenoaks and junction 6 for Godstone.

There were delays of up to 30 minutes and queues were11 miles long and as far back as junction three.

Police were called at 6.26am and the lanes reopened at around 7.10am.
