Four world-class performers will be performing at the Stag Community Arts Centre in Sevenoaks next month.

Mark Watson will join a line-up of comedians who will take to the stage at Outside the Box - a comedy club held at the venue.

The acclaimed novelist and funny-man who started his professional comedy career in 2002 won the last Daily Telegraph Open Mic competition in the same year.

He has been seen on a number of TV shows including Mock the Week and Never Mind the Buzzcocks.

Watson will be joining Lloyd Griffith, Rob Deering and Maff Brown as part of a super-saver line-up on Thursday, January 8.

Resident host Maff Brown, creator of Outside the Box, is no stranger to the stage himself. Besides his own stand-up routines, performed not just in London but recently in Edinburgh and New York too, he has worked for ITV and Sky and has written for Omid Djalili.
