Police and fire crews called to suspected Sevenoaks arson in Garth Road

Police are appealing for information after a car caught alight on a driveway.

Officers are treating the fire, which happened at around 11.15pm in Garth Road, Sevenoaks , on Saturday, as a suspected arson.

They were called to the scene with fire crews who put out the blaze.

Police constable Jamie Webb said: "We are appealing to anyone who was in the area between 10.20pm and midnight and saw anything suspicious or unusual to contact us.

"In addition, we are asking motorists who may have been in the area to check for any dashcam footage and local residents to view home security CCTV or doorbell cameras."
