A night out in Sevenoaks ended with six people being arrested on suspicion of causing affray and one for drugs offences.

All six of those arrested for affray, whose ages ranged from 14 to 20, came from Tunbridge Wells.

Police were called to Sevenoaks Station following reports of anti-social behaviour by a large group of youths, some of whom moved on to the Vine cricket ground.

Officers used a dispersal order to break up the crowd, arresting two men, aged 19 and 20, and two boys aged 14 and 17, at the cricket ground, and two girls aged 15 at the station, where they also arrested a 17-year-old boy from Paddock Wood on suspicion of possessing cannabis.

The incident happened around 8.30pm on Saturday night.

All seven have since been released on police bail until June 2.
