Hever: Tractor stolen from barn off How Green Lane
Published: 11:00, 10 May 2017
Police are trying to trace thieves who reportedly stole a tractor from a barn in Hever.
The Case JX90, with a quickie loader, was taken from the How Green Lane area between Friday and Saturday.
It is believed the offenders guided the tractor through a hole in a hedge, which led out onto Tinton Lane.
Now police have released images in a bid to trace the culprits.
The tractor was stolen with an earth bucket with the left-hand bracket having slightly come away from the metal of the bucket.
On the font bonnet grill in the black painted section there are two inward bulges, the left-hand being more prominent when facing the tractor.
Anyone who recognises the vehicle or has information about its whereabouts should call Kent Police on 01622 604100, quoting reference YY/011564/17. Alternatively, contact Kent Crimestoppers, anonymously on 0800 555111.
