Michael Anderson, William Saunders and Jason Muckley charged after massive cannabis factory found in Edenbridge

Three men have been charged after a cannabis operation worth hundreds of thousands of pounds was discovered in Edenbridge.

Michael Anderson was charged with two counts of producing cannabis, William Saunders was charged with one count of producing cannabis and Jason Muckley was charged with one count of producing cannabis and one count of abstracting electricity.

Officers raided a property in Station Road in January which was being used as a large scale cannabis factory.

In total 400 plants were found, estimated to be worth around £330,000.

The house had been fitted out with lighting and watering systems to aid the cultivation.

Anderson, of Hadley Road, Belvedere, was also charged with a second count of producing cannabis which was unconnected to the property in Station Road.

The 36-year-old alongside Saunders, 29, of McKillop Way, Sidcup and Muckley, 45, of Mallard Walk, Sidcup, have been released on bail and are due to appear before Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, June 27.
