Forget the arenas and theatres, this year's Britain's Got Talent auditions are starting off in much smaller establishments.

One such venue is The Woodman pub in Ide Hill, Sevenoaks.

Don't get excited, you won't be meeting Simon Cowell, but you can try to impress producers with your unique skills.

The team will be at the Bessels Green Road pub on Thursday, September 15 from 4pm.

Amelia Brown, an executive producer at Thames TV, said: "We can't wait to see what talent Sevenoaks has to offer.

"Anyone can apply - there is no age limit and we are looking for all kinds of talents, so if you feel you have something special to show us then make sure you apply, you never know where it might take you."

If you impress the producers, you could land a spot in front of the judges for a second audition.
