A busy road has been reopened after a deer was struck by a car.
Emergency services rushed to the A25 in Sundridge at 9.0am after receiving a report of a pedestrian being struck by a car.
A Kent Police spokesman confirmed the reports, however, after arriving at the scene officers discovered a deer had been struck by a car.
No pedestrians were injured in the incident.
The condition of the deer is currently unknown.
The road has now been reopened.
