Sevenoaks: Detectives release images of mountain bikes stolen from Braeside Avenue house

Detectives have released images of parts of two distinctive mountain bikes stolen from a house in Sevenoaks.

Officers are investigating a burglary in Braeside Avenue between Sunday, January 3 and Monday, January 4.

The offenders reportedly broke into a garage and stole a brand new metallic black and red/orange Santa Cruz Highball mountain bike.

It is believed that there are only 30-40 frames of this type in the county. The bike was not fully assembled and had no saddle.

It had wheels marked with the words ‘wtb i23’ and white stickers on the rims.

The second bike was described as a Giant Defy composite road bike in titanium grey/silver colour.

Attached to the bike was a Garmin 810 sat nav.

A full set of Ping G10 golf clubs were also reported to have been stolen. They were in a black and red Sun Valley golf bag.
